How to configure Wi-Fi printer to your windows computer

For printers with WIFI function (WIFI is optional, our default is USB only), you can follow below steps to configure it to your computer. Please download the driver and diagnostic tool first.

1. Connect the computer with a USB cable, turn on the printer, and install the printer driver.
2. Open the diagnostic tool to obtain the IP address.

3. Add a standard TCP/IP port and enter the IP address
